A cellar door photographed in bare July does not sell a February long lunch. The Valley changes more across a year than almost anywhere else I shoot, and the single most useful thing a venue can do is book the shoot for the season the images have to sell, which usually means shooting months ahead of the campaign.
Wineries and cellar doors, restaurants and function spaces, farm gates and produce, accommodation and the wedding venues that book eighteen months out. Interiors, food, the grounds, the people working, and licensed aerial across the rows.
Belgrave to Yarra Glen is about forty minutes, so this is standard service area and not a regional callout. No travel fee.
Rooms, interiors and venues, shot for businesses that trade on how a space feels.
The room, the terrace, the view down the rows. Shot at the hour the light is behind you rather than the hour the booking was convenient.
Plates, boards, the kitchen and what came out of the ground. Shot fast enough that nothing has sat under a light long enough to look like it has.
Spaces shot both empty and dressed, because a venue enquiry wants to see the bones and the couple wants to see the night. Built for booking pages that work a year ahead.
Licensed drone across the rows and the property, the frames that show the scale of an estate and where it sits in the Valley.
Standard service area from Belgrave, with no travel charged.
Healesville, Yarra Glen, Coldstream, Gruyere, Tarrawarra, Dixons Creek
Lilydale, Chirnside Park, Mooroolbark, Wandin, Seville, Woori Yallock
Warburton, Yarra Junction, Launching Place, Millgrove, Wesburn, Steels Creek
Not inside the eastern suburbs, the Dandenong Ranges or the Yarra Valley. Belgrave is the base, so those are a short run and the rate is the rate. Travel is only quoted separately for regional Victoria and interstate.
Late spring, before the heat browns everything off and while the rows are full. Shooting a summer campaign in summer is usually a month too late. For autumn colour through the vines, mid to late April.
Every shoot is quoted as a fixed fee up front, against the brief rather than off a rate card. Tell me what the images have to do, where they are going and when you need them, and the quote comes back with the scope written down beside it, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
I shoot venues, not the wedding day itself. If you run a venue and need images that book couples, that is exactly the work. If you are a couple, I am happy to point you at photographers who do nothing but that and do it properly.
Full resolution files through Dropbox, with web sized versions alongside them so nothing has to be resized before it goes on a site or a socials post. Commercial licensing and print rights are included, and files stay hosted for three months after delivery.
Send through what the shoot is for and roughly when. We do a short call to pin down scope, then the proposal, contract and payment schedule all come through one client portal so nothing is chased over email.
The full photography offer, brand, commercial, headshots and spaces.
Interiors, venues, teams and detail for businesses that sell on how they look.
Conferences, launches and activations, covered start to finish.
Belgrave based, so the Ranges are the shortest run on the board.
Box Hill to Ringwood, offices, clinics, showrooms and trades.
Valley businesses sell a season at a time, and the photography works better booked the same way. Tell me what is coming up and we will put the shoot where the light and the vines are right for it.
