Monthly, or once per stage: slab, frame, lock up, fit out and practical completion. A working site makes better frames than an empty one, so I move around the programme rather than stopping it.

Yes. Send the brand guide or a few frames you like and the grade is set to it before the first visit, so the progress set sits beside your earlier work.

Progress sets within two business days of each visit. At handover, one folder graded to match: full resolution for print and tender, web sizes, vertical crops for socials, within ten business days of the final visit.

You do, for your own marketing, tenders and awards, in perpetuity. I keep the right to show the work in my own portfolio unless the project is confidential.

Revisions on the delivered set are part of the job, not an extra. I confirm the stage, angle and light with you before each visit, so most adjustments are small and settled on site.

Yes to both. I hold a construction White Card, bring my own PPE and complete your site induction. Drone flights run under a CASA remote pilot licence, with approvals arranged before the visit.
