Can you fly a drone in the Ranges?
Yes, under licensed CASA operation with the usual care. Much of the district is unrestricted, but the national park and power lines change what is possible in specific spots. Send the address and I will confirm before quoting.
What does a shoot cost?
Every shoot is a fixed fee, quoted up front against the brief. Tell me what the images have to do, where they go and when you need them, and the scope comes back written beside the number.
When is the best time to shoot up here?
It depends on the frontage. South facing shopfronts in Belgrave and Tecoma hold even light most of the day, while canopy in Sherbrooke or Kallista wants late morning, once the fog lifts. That gets settled before the day.
Can you match the look we already have?
Yes. Send a few images you already publish, or the brand guide, and the light, colour and crop are matched before the day. New frames then sit alongside what is already live without standing out.
How are the images delivered?
Full resolution files through Dropbox, with web sized versions alongside so nothing needs resizing before a site or socials post. Commercial licensing and print rights are included, and files stay hosted for three months.

What if we are not happy with the edit?
Colour, crop and exposure changes are included, and any frame that misses the brief is fixed before the final set goes out. Send your notes in one message so the revisions come back together.
Do you charge travel to get here?
No travel fee across the Ranges, the eastern suburbs or the Yarra Valley. Belgrave is the base, so those runs are short and the rate stays the rate. Only regional Victoria and interstate are quoted separately.
How do I book?
Send what the shoot is for and roughly when. We do a short call to pin down scope, then the proposal, contract and payment schedule come through one client portal, so nothing is chased over email.
