Can you do the stills and the video on the same day?
Yes. As a hybrid shooter I capture stills and video from the same setups, so a short team film or staff clip comes out of the same visit as the headshots or office photos, with no second crew.
What does a team of twenty involve, and how long?
About two hours on site with a proper setup, a few minutes each. The setup stays up so anyone who misses their slot can be caught at the end, and new starters are shot later to the same standard.
What does a shoot cost?
Every shoot is a fixed fee, quoted up front against the brief. Tell me what the images have to do, where they go and when you need them, and the scope comes back written beside the number.
Can you shoot outside business hours?
Yes, and for an office or clinic it is usually the better call. Early mornings, evenings and weekends all work, and an empty room photographs faster than one being worked around.
Can you match the look of our existing photos?
Yes. Send a few images you already use, or the brand guide, and the light, colour and crop are matched before the day. New photos then sit beside the current site and socials without a visible change.
How are the images delivered?
Full resolution files through Dropbox, with web sized versions alongside so nothing needs resizing before a site or socials post. Commercial licensing and print rights are included, and files stay hosted for three months.
Can we use the images for paid advertising?
Yes. Commercial licensing for your website, socials, print, decks and paid media is included, in perpetuity. The same licence covers a future campaign, so a team photo can keep working long after the shoot.
What if we are not happy with the edit?
Colour, crop and selection changes are included, and any frame that misses the brief is fixed before the final set goes out. Send notes in one message so the changes come back together.
Do you charge travel to get here?
No travel fee across the east, from Hawthorn to Ringwood, or the Ranges and Yarra Valley. Belgrave is the base, so those runs are short and the rate stays the rate. Only regional Victoria and interstate are quoted separately.
How do I book?
Send what the shoot is for and roughly when. We do a short call to pin down scope, then the proposal, contract and payment schedule come through one client portal, so nothing is chased over email.
