Everything you need to know about working with Jordy Scott Media — from booking and pricing to turnaround and licensing.

Start with an enquiry through the contact page. From there we'll set up a quick call to talk through your project. Once we're aligned on scope I'll send everything through my client portal: proposal, contract and payment schedule in one place.

Photography and video: brand, commercial, corporate and events. I also do aerial work with a licensed drone kit. The idea is to be your one contact across all of it so nothing gets lost between different creatives.

Based in Melbourne. I work across Victoria regularly and do interstate and national campaigns depending on the project. My kit is built to travel light without cutting corners on quality.

Yes. Fully licensed with CASA as a Sub-2kg operator and covered with aviation public liability insurance. I fly the DJI Mini 5 Pro, which handles urban and commercial environments well.

Half day packages start at $1,380 + GST. That covers the consultation, the shoot and post production. I'm priced for the quality of the result and the reliability of the process.

Half day video starts at $1,860 + GST. Video takes more to get right: audio, music licensing, editing. Bigger productions with longer shoots or crew get a fixed fee quote from the outset.

Every package is scoped to the job. Standard inclusions: production planning, high resolution files delivered via Dropbox, commercial licensing, and three months of file hosting after delivery.

Most standard shoots are back to you within 5 to 10 business days. Events or press work can be same day when the package allows. We'll agree on a deadline upfront so there are no surprises.

Typically one to four weeks. Video editing takes time to get right and I won't rush it. We'll lock in a hard deadline during the consultation and I'll stick to it.

Yes. Print rights are included and the files are delivered at full resolution. Go professional grade if it's going on a wall or large display — otherwise the colour accuracy won't hold up.

We'll work through this in the planning consultation. The basics: wear something comfortable, avoid thin stripes or busy patterns — they create a moiré effect on camera. Colour choices matter too, so we'll factor in the background and location.

Yes. I have preferred studios across Melbourne I work with regularly, from white wall commercial spaces through to lifestyle settings. I can handle the booking and roll the hire into your project invoice.

Yes. For bigger productions I bring in trusted people from my network: second shooters, lighting assistants, audio engineers, animators. The right crew for the job, not just whoever's available.

Bank transfer (EFT) is preferred. I also take credit card via Stripe and cash. Everything is invoiced and tracked through my CRM so your records are clean.
