What licences and insurance do you carry for drone work?
CASA RePL certified, full commercial cover for aerial work, and a current Working With Children Check for site visits that involve members of the public.
Can you fly in the Melbourne CBD or near airports?
CBD and controlled airspace flights are possible with the right approvals and lead time. CBD specifically usually needs CASA area approval and may require council notification depending on the location and time of day. Allow around three weeks of lead time for any flight inside controlled airspace.
What happens if the weather does not allow a flight on the day?
The weather call is made on the morning of the shoot. If wind, rain, or cloud will compromise the footage, we postpone to the next agreed window at no extra cost. A marginal flight never gets pushed just to hold a date.
Do you supply both stills and video on the same shoot, or only one?
Both, on most projects. The same flight typically yields 4K aerial video and high resolution stills suitable for web, print, and pitch use, with no need to book a separate engagement.
What deliverable formats do I receive at the end of a drone shoot?
Edited 4K mastered video with platform ready exports for landscape, square, and vertical, plus retouched stills in full resolution and web optimised sizes. Raw footage is archived for twelve months.
