What do we get, and how big can the photos be printed?
Large. Stills are shot in HDR brackets and graded to hold the roofline and the shadow beneath it, so one file works as a tender exhibit, a web hero or a printed board.
Can you shoot the stills and the video on the same day?
Yes, when the job needs film too. The aerial photos and the video are flown on the same visit by the same pilot, so you book one person and one site visit instead of two crews.
How does the day run, and how long does an aerial shoot take?
For a single site, an hour to ninety minutes on the ground covers the flying, setup, checks and battery changes. Twilight is different. It is a twenty minute window after sunset, so the visit is built around it.
Can you match the look we already have?
Yes. Send the brand guide or a few frames you like and the colour and crop are set to it before the day, so the aerials sit beside what you already publish.
How fast do I get the edited stills?
Standard turnaround is five to seven business days for edited stills. Same day or 24 hour delivery is available for active listings or time sensitive event coverage, so say so when you brief.
Do I get the raw files?
The delivered set is graded and ready to use, in full resolution and web sizes. Raw files are available on request, and it is easier to agree that before the shoot than after delivery.
Who owns the photos, and can we use them in paid ads?
You do, for the use the quote describes. Website, social, LinkedIn, tenders and print are standard. Paid ads and out of home are scoped in from the start so there are no surprises later.
What if the weather turns, or we are not happy with the photos?
Rain grounds the drone, and so does sustained wind above about 20 knots, so the weather call is made the day before at no charge. Revisions on the delivered set are part of the job, not an extra.
Can you fly over my site in Melbourne?
Usually, with planning. Controlled airspace near an airport, how close the flight comes to people outside the operation, and who controls the launch point decide it. Send the address and I will check the airspace before quoting.
